  • Venue access from 8:00am until 5:00pm
  • Handicap accessible entrance and throughout venue
  • Two gender neutral washrooms (3 separate stalls – one fully accessible)

  • Initial set up of tables, chairs, based on discussed layout
  • Ample free street parking

  •  On-site host for duration of event

  • Package includes access to main hall, breezeway, and reception area for duration of day
  •  Main Hall (presentation space)  approximately 750 sq/ft
  • Breezeway (cocktails/waiting) approximately 160 sq/ft
  • Bar/Entrance (cocktails/buffet) approximately 240 sq/ft
  • Access to 120″ screen wall via HDMI
  • Use of in house sound system with microphone and video if needed
  • Fully dimmable chandelier lighting with customizable coloured pot lights

  •  Seating for up to 72 guests (layout/itinerary dependant)
  • 5-foot rectangular tables with black spandex table cloth
  • 72 wooden black chiavari chairs
  • Basic white round dinner plate with in house stainless steel cutlery
  • PBH branded collins glasses and water pitchers, and 8 ounce wine glasses
  • Three 8-foot tables for reception/buffet area
  • Basic clean up of venue supplied furnishings
  •  Water, coffee, and tea supplied throughout event

Rows of chairs facing the front, ideal for presentations, seminars, and guest speakers. This layout maximizes capacity and creates a clear line of sight to the stage, screens, and presenter area.

Classroom

Tables arranged with seating on one side, all facing the front. Perfect for trainings, workshops, and sessions where attendees need space for writing, laptops, or materials.

27 seats

Boardroom

A versatile layout for collaborative meetings, leadership sessions, and discussions. Tables form a U or V arrangement so all participants face each other while still oriented toward the screen and presenter at the front.

60 seats

Breakouts

Grouped tables that seat three guests per side, ideal for team activities, brainstorming, and hands-on collaboration. Designed for interactive sessions where guests work together on tasks or projects.
